However 5% is vulnerable to shrinking of capsule around the implant. It is connected to the pain, numbness and concretion of breast. There are some methods to prevent from capsular contracture and one of them is adequately large opening for the implant or usage of textured implants. Usually the shrinking capsule must be loosened surgically or sometimes even removed. Seroma is another postoperative complication. It is an appearance of liquid around the implant, which triggers pain and breast enlargement. Mostly the reasons are excessive sport activity or injury. Next inconvenience is crack and seeping of the implant. Persistence of the implant is a 15-20 years. However the implant deteriorates, its surface is rubbed and it may lead to the crack. Then a breast may vary its shape and cause pain. The only solution is the implant exchange. Those and others complication may appear after breast augmentation. The best way to avoid them is to stick to the doctor’s recommendations.
